These programs offer straightforward application processes, which means you do not have to go through complicated testing procedures, which long-term students are required to partake.
Another advantage is that these short-term programs are more cost-effective than most regular study programs at the same universities. You may select your courses as needed, in order to be able transfer those credits to your home university. Consult with your professor at your home universities ahead of time, before you make your course selections.
