Many international universities have an international department that will help you find grants or loans to finance your studies abroad. Also check with your country or local municipalities if they have ways to support your dream come true.
Good sources are Embassies and consulates, chamber of commerce and other institutions that promote the international exchange. Sometimes a google search will give you additional ideas.
